As part of our Child Nutrition Reauthorization webinar series, we will focus this webinar on the Summer and Afterschool Nutrition Programs. These vital out-of-school time programs are underutilized and reach only a fraction of the children who have access to school meals during the regular school day. The Child Nutrition Reauthorization is an excellent opportunity to invest in these programs in order to extend their reach to many more communities across the country. We will discuss current and upcoming legislative opportunities and ideas to known implementation barriers from the field that have the potential to be included in the final reauthorization bill.
