There have more than 4,000 registrants and consequently we have had to close down registration at this time. However, if you have not yet registered and would like a recording of the webinar, please send an email to DBacote@frac.org with the subject line 3/31 webinar . Those who already are registered will automatically receive a recording. We plan more webinars on this topic and will keep you informed.
Join FRAC and USDA to learn about new flexibilities designed to support CACFP providers, programs, and sponsors in offering access to nutritious meals for children in the current COVID-19 public health emergency.
Child care centers, providers, afterschool programs, sponsoring organizations and shelter can all learn something important from this webinar.
Topics will include USDA’s new waivers allowing CACFP sites to make adjustments to normal operating rules. The waivers offer options to:
· suspend normal meal-times,
· offer “grab and go” take home meals or delivered meals instead of on-site meal service (non-congregate feeding), and
· drop the activity requirement for at-risk afterschool programs.
A certificate of attendance will be issued.
