Every five years, Congress reviews the child nutrition programs, and next year – 2015 – marks the next reauthorization process. Join FRAC for the first in a series of webinars exploring the issues, the programs, and what you need to know about Child Nutrition Reauthorization (CNR).

During this webinar we’ll focus on the basics of child nutrition reauthorization.  We will provide a brief overview of the child nutrition programs up for reauthorization; what happened—and didn’t happen-- in the last reauthorization; current legislative proposals to expand access to the child nutrition programs; and discuss opportunities to engage and advocate around the child nutrition programs in the coming months.

Speakers will include Ellen Teller, Director of Government Affairs, Food Research and Action Center and other special guests.
